Partnership programme delivers first class graduates.

When the INEOS Engineers of the Future programme began in 2008 the aim was to deliver ‘work ready’ graduates familiar with the site’s processes and procedures, and it has done just that.

The first group of students to have completed the five-year bespoke course: Jennifer Prentice, Duncan Paterson and Mark Skilton (pictured, left to right) have now graduated from Heriot-Watt University with Masters Degrees and taken up roles on site.

Gordon Grant, INEOS, said: The quality of these graduates shows clearly that the rationale for the programme has been fully achieved. They have set the bar very high and we are delighted to have welcomed them into full-time employment.
