Ammonium Sulphate

A slurry that is formed from the neutralisation of ammonia with sulphuric acid and is then recovered via a centrifugal separation and dried.  Ammonium sulphate is used in various industrial areas but its key application is the fertiliser industry where it is used as one of the building blocks of fertilisers. It is largely used as an artificial fertiliser for alkaline soils. The sulphate ion is released in the soil and forms sulphuric acid, lowering its PH balance while contributing essential nitrogen for plant growth.

Ammonia and Nitric Acid

An essential raw material for the manufacture of a wide and diverse set of technical applications including intermediates for polymers (acylonitriles, caprolactam, methylmethacrylate), along with fertilisers, water treatment, amines and to support the increasing industrial demands for NOx reduction.
