Green Lake

INEOS Green Lake plant, in Calhoun County, Texas, started up in 1981 and today produces 545,000 tonnes of Acrylonitrile per year. Like its sister plant in Lima, Ohio, Green Lake uses INEOS proprietary, fluid-bed propylene ammoxidation process and high efficiency catalyst to produce Acrylonitrile, Acetonitrile, HCN, and ACH. In addition, Green Lake operates a world-scale terminal at the Port of Point Comfort. Green Lake is committed to excellent performance in the area of health, safety and the environment. As an OSHA Voluntary Protection Program "Star" site, Green Lake maintains the highest standards for safety and health. The Green Lake plant received the "Best in Texas" award for safety from the Texas Chemical Council (TCC).

Lima

The INEOS Lima facility is located just outside the mid-sized town of Lima, Ohio. The plant is a major producer of Nitrile based products, including Acrylonitrile, Acetonitrile, and HCN. The plant uses INEOS proprietary, fluid-bed propylene ammoxidation process and high efficiency catalyst to produce 190,000 tonnes of Acrylonitrile. Lima maintains the highest standards for safety, health and environmental care.

Koeln

Established in 1957, Koeln is INEOS Nitriles’ second largest Acrylonitrile site. Koeln is a major supplier of Nitrile based product to Europe. With 320,000 tonnes of production capacity, the ability to ship via rail, truck, or barge Koeln is an ideal plant from which to source your Nitrile based products.
