Ludwigshafen

The INEOS Styrolution site sits within the large BASF chemical site in Ludwigshafen. It is located in the south-west of Germany, around 80km from Frankfurt. INEOS Styrolution operates two plants for styrenic speciality products in Ludwigshafen. The plants have a BASF heritage and were built in the 1960's.

The product portfolio contains ABS, ASA, SAN and NAS styrenic specialties which are used in a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Automotive, Electronics, Household and Construction. Applications include medical devices, diabetes devices and packaging, e.g. injection pens, infusion systems, cosmetic packaging, pens, vacuum cleaner housings, shaving systems and automotive applications like rear spoilers, mirror housings, light housings, front grills, trims, radiator grilles, plated parts, glove boxes, centre consoles, instrument panel trims. The site holds certificates for its quality, environment and energy management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 international standards.
