INEOS Electrochemical Solutions are delighted to announce two new appointments to further strengthen our Technical Support network across the Americas.
As we continue to expand our customer portfolio, Julio Esis and Joe Mock have joined our team as Technical Service Managers, with immediate effect.
Julio Esis is a seasoned chlor-alkali professional with extensive experience in the industry since the late 1990’s. With background in chemical and process engineering, he has held key roles in operations, management, design, engineering, commissioning, and startup across multiple plants in various countries. His experience spans the entire chlor-alkali process, including brine treatment, electrolysis, chlorine handling, sodium hypochlorite production, liquefaction, and salt-to-bleach conversion. Having worked in the United States, Venezuela, Guatemala and other international locations, Julio brings a global perspective to our manufacturing and operating excellence. As a bilingual leader fluent in Spanish and English, he has successfully led teams, optimized process, and implemented operational excellence strategies worldwide.
Joe Mock brings nearly 14 years of experience in the chlor-alkali field, having held a variety of roles in manufacturing engineering / leadership, process design, technical service, product stewardship, technical marketing, and new product development. Throughout his career, his greatest satisfaction has come from working with teams, teaching others and helping customers succeed.
