Speak Up
Our Commitment
INEOS is committed to the highest standards of openness and accountability. INEOS recognises the need for clear and independent mechanisms through which employees and third-party stakeholders can voice concerns in a responsible and effective manner without fear of reprisal.
Reporting a Concern
At INEOS, open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception.
We want individuals to feel comfortable raising concerns if they become aware of any unsafe, unlawful or unethical behaviour. All concerns are taken seriously and handled confidentially. INEOS does not tolerate retaliation in any form.
To raise a concern, employees can approach their line manager, HR department or another appropriate member of senior management. All employees and third-party stakeholders (including contractors, partners and suppliers) can also use the Speak Up system to raise a complaint or make a report.
Concerns relating to a breach of the INEOS Life Saving Rules or the INEOS 20 Safety Principles must be reported to management in accordance with the relevant INEOS site procedure in the first instance.
What is Speak Up?
Speak Up is a free service provided by an independent company (NAVEX). Reports can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the Speak Up website or by calling a toll-free phone number. Those reporting a concern can do so anonymously and information provided through the system will be held confidentially to the fullest extent possible consistent with law and good business practices.
