Health
INEOS products have several vital applications in healthcare, and promoting public health and wellbeing is central to our charitable aims too.
INEOS supports a wide range of charities both centrally and in the communities around its sites.
We aim to solve challenges and improve everyday life both through our business activity and beyond.
We’re proud to fund and support a range of charitable projects, in the fields of health, education, conservation and community based activity.
The Ineos Oxford Institute: In January 2021, we announced the launch of the Ineos Oxford Institute for Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Research, to help tackle the growing threat of drug-resistant infections worldwide.
The Daily Mile: We support over 5 million children to improve their health and wellbeing by running, wheeling or walking for 15 minutes during class time. A simple, free, inclusive and proven model, The Daily Mile is now adopted in over 90 countries.
The Forgotten 40: We are working with some of the most disadvantaged primary schools in the UK, helping Headteachers make a difference to the childhoods of thousands of children living below the poverty line.
We are also involved in several conservation initiatives – including projects to preserve and grow threatened Atlantic Salmon stocks in Iceland, and work to protect biodiversity in the wetlands and former hunting areas of Tanzania.
