NN Running Team

The NN Running Team has revolutionized the running sport by becoming the first professional running team in the world. The team is commonly seen as the world’s most successful running team and is home to the sport’s brightest stars and talents such as: Eliud Kipchoge, Joshua Cheptegei, Letesenbet Gidey and Geoffrey Kamworor. With a worldwide fanbase the NN Running Team continues to push the sport forward through an insatiable drive for innovation and developments. The Result? 8 world records, 13 World Marathon Majors victories and over 175 won races globally to date.

INEOS 1:59 Challenge achieved the first ever sub-2-hour marathon

On 12th October 2019 in Vienna, Austria, NN Running Team frontman Eliud Kipchoge and INEOS made history. Kipchoge, following a perfectly executed strategy devised by Sir Dave Brailsford and the INEOS 1:59 Performance Team, became the first person to achieve the barrier-breaking sub-two-hour marathon, finishing in a remarkable time of 1:59:40.2.
